Cancellations
As a policy, orders can be cancelled as long as the "cancel order" button is visible on the website. Once the order has been shipped, the cancel button will become invisible, and cancellation will no longer be possible. The company will process any order cancellation or applicable refund credited within 5 to 7 working days in customer account. Refunds will be initiated within 2 to 3 working days.
Returns
Mangoes are perishable products which is why they cannot be naturally stored for long durations of time. Hence as a policy, any order once delivered cannot be returned.
Replacements
We provide replacement for each damaged mango.
In a case where, a recipient has received the package where –
i. Any Mango is completely damaged – We may at our discretion consider replacement of such damaged quantities of mangoes only, provided the Recipient provides with pictures of the completely damaged mangoes. However the recipient shall report of such damage within 48 hours of receiving the package. Any complaint received after 48hours of delivery of the package will not be valid.
In such cases, the replacement mangoes will be shipped to the recipient during the last week of May, approximately by 27th May.
The Order will be delivered to customer within 6 To 8 Working Days
NOTE: Fruit weight is always measured at harvest. 10-20% weight loss can occur due to moisture loss while ripening.
